Spinal Imaging for Rehab Professionals: A Clinical Decision-Making Guide
This three-hour structured continuing education course equips chiropractors and physiotherapists with evidence-based frameworks for ordering, interpreting, and communicating spinal imaging findings. The course covers plain film radiography of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, MRI interpretation for common spinal pathologies, and validated clinical decision rules that guide appropriate imaging utilization. Emphasis is placed on avoiding unnecessary imaging, recognizing clinically significant findings, and integrating imaging results within a biopsychosocial model of care.
